Job summary

Une entreprise de technologie de premier plan recherche un Tech Lead pour superviser le développement et la gestion de portails CSM. Qualifications

  • 8+ ans d'expérience avec ServiceNow, surtout en CSM et Portails.
  • Connaissance approfondie du développement de portails, UI Builder, et Flow Designer.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de cas, incidents, et configuration du Service Catalog.

Job description

Job Title: Tech Lead CSM Portal (front end dev)

Location: 100% Remote (UK, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain)

Contract: Long term

Technical & Functional Experience:
  • Knowledge of FSM or ITAM is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
  • Excellent knowledge of Portal development (Customer Portal or Employee Center Portal)
  • Strong experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
  • Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB)
  • Practical experience in portal management and customization
  • Experience in Case, Incident, and Request management, Service Catalog setup
  • 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in CSM and Portals
  • Experience working in Agile SCRUM methodology
  • Proficient in testing strategies and execution
  • Ability to clearly document technical solutions, high-level design, and troubleshooting guides
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of release management and code versioning best practices
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and proposing improvements
  • Team player willing to support and collaborate
