Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their brand new team.

WARNING: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered.

Note: To be successfully appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces, configuring and enhancing the Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.

Required experience:

• Proven expertise with ServiceNow platform, focusing on CX, TX, and EX workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in system integration and data management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
