Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered.

Requirements: Obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. Applicants must have resided continuously within the UK for the last 5 years to obtain SC clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• User Experience: Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces, configuring and enhancing the Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub; manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.

Experience required:

• Proven expertise with ServiceNow platform, focusing on relevant workflows.
• Deep understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Role is remote / flexible UK-wide, with occasional visits to the nearest office.

Hiring process: Two steps.

Salary: Up to £75,000 annually DOE.
