83zero Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing technology team delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing and optimizing ServiceNow applications with emphasis on Virtual Agent and automation.

Hybrid UK-based role offering up to £85,000 plus benefits; successful candidate must hold Active SC Clearance and sole UK nationality; you will work with stakeholders across projects and client sites to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities.
• Develop and support workflow automation using RPA technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimise platform performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and development standards.
