Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: London/Hybrid

Opus is supporting a large Financial Services End User undergoing a major ITSM, CSM & ITOM implementation.

You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform according to business needs, including design, integration, and deployment of third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
• Conduct code reviews, quality checks, and ensure software quality through testing
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Document code and application functionalities

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Knowledge of ITIL foundations, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• End-to-end experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM (preferably)
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and teams
