Job Description:

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: London/Hybrid

Opus is currently supporting a large Financial Services End User who is undergoing a significant ITSM, CSM & ITOM implementation.

You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the platform according to business requirements, including design, integration, and deployment of third-party applications.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Drive development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
• Perform code reviews, quality checks, and deployment
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Create and execute test cases to ensure software quality
• Document code and application functionalities

What they are looking for:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Experience with ITIL foundations, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• End-to-end experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM (preferably)
