Job summary

Mpower Plus UK Ltd is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow developer for a UK-based role in Greater London. You will contribute 3+ years of development experience, with strong HRSD module knowledge covering HR services, case management, COEs, and employee life cycle processes.

You will work with ServiceNow core components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions/UI Policies, Flow Designer and legacy workflows, ACLs, notifications, reports and dashboards) and ATF-based test

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience (3+ years).
• Strong HRSD module expertise including HR services, case management, COEs, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow core components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions/UI Policies, Flow Designer & Legacy workflows, ACLs, notifications, reports and dashboards.
• Test automation experience with ServiceNow ATF, including designing, maintaining, and executing automated tests.
• Proficiency in JavaScript; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams.
