Methods is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support high-quality configurations and customisations across public and private sector projects. You will work with a Lead Technical Consultant, deliver in line with user stories, and follow platform best practices while growing your ServiceNow expertise.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement and contribution to internal initiatives, with opportunities for professional development and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering development and configuration within multiple ServiceNow areas.
• Understanding of scripting, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative delivery mindset.
• SC clearance (or eligible to obtain SC clearance).
• Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ServiceNow configurations and customisations aligned with user stories and platform best practices.
• Contribute technical insight during story refinement and solution design discussions.
• Follow development standards, naming conventions and guidance for consistent codebase quality.
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, Testers and Administrators to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Engage actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and other agile ceremonies.
