Overview

The Data Services Architect is a new role responsible for ensuring ServiceNow Data is designed to meet the needs of processes, audits, and regulators. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, modernize technology landscapes, and design solutions by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop appropriate data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain a CSDM-compliant data strategy to support ServiceNow data consumers.
• Define technology changes for sustainable, accurate, and complete data in ServiceNow.
• Conduct governance activities ensuring high-quality output and transparency.
• Represent Data Services to internal customers, governance teams, auditors, and regulators.
• Leverage ServiceNow capabilities to reduce technical debt and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Significant experience delivering complex data-driven solutions within ServiceNow, preferably in a financial services or regulated industry.
• Experience with cloud solutions such as Google Cloud and VMware.
• Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
