The Role

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst you will be responsible for conducting HR specific process workshops (e.g., onboarding and off-boarding, Payroll, Benefits) and obtaining functional requirements. You will be leading your team through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD application. You must work closely with client stakeholders to document baseline current state HR Service Delivery operations Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product including establishing key milestones, points of value, and finalizing budget/scope and high-level architecture.

Key responsibilities
  • Understand the customer environment for the Business processes and IT processes
  • Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications in ITSM- HRSD modules and custom applications.
  • Design and implement complex data models, tables, and relationships to meet business requirements
  • Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
  • Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the platform.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features and drive the adoption of new capabilities.
Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

  • Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, and drive the adoption of new capabilities.
  • Lead or contribute to the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation.
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with project timelines.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Manage and optimize platform performance, ensuring stability and responsiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation of platform upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Evaluate the tool stability and performance and provide recommendations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
