Tata Consultancy Services UK is seeking a Senior HR Services Specialist to lead enterprise HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from pre-hire to retire. Based in Bristol with a hybrid working pattern, you will collaborate with global teams and manage cross-functional HR initiatives.

The role requires HRIS experience (Workday preferred), strong analytics, and project management skills, plus knowledge of local labour laws. Travel to local sites is expected.

The Role:

As a Senior HR Services Specialist, you will be a key member of the HR Services team responsible for leading, developing, integrating and maintaining enterprise-wide HR processes that support the employee lifecycle from pre-hire to retire. You will have people experience along with international experience working with diverse groups and cultures and be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones. The ability to think strategically and translate that thinking to operations is essential. You will have strong communications and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• To deliver HR Services and first level HR support to employees, managers, and the HR community.
• Act as subject-matter expert on HR policies & processes. Review, implement and maintain HR processes across the employee lifecycle; collaborate with HR cross functional teams to ensure consistent and effective execution.
• Lead and support regional and global projects: prepare statements of work, define deliverables, resources, and schedules; develop contingency plans; monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Business Travel to local sites is required.

Skills & Experience

• Experience using Workday or other HRIS is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in HR data analytics and metrics
• Progressive HR experience .
• In depth knowledge of local labor law and local country regulations
• Proven project management skills, including scoping, planning, monitoring and reporting
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint & Project Management tools
• Team-oriented, adaptable and solution-focused
