ServiceNow Business Analyst - Banking - Glasgow (X8AHQ0-CFECB9F5)

This is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a Global Investment Bank on a contract until Dec 2025. The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow, ITSM, and Business Analysis experience within the Financial Services industry.

What will you be doing?

• Works closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into process and tool requirements.
• Captures business requirements in the form of user stories and manages the story backlog.
• Undertakes research and performs analysis to understand how business areas work with consideration of people, processes, and technology.
• Assists Process Owners and Process Architects with designing, developing, and implementing the ITAM process.
• Identifies improvement opportunities, explores feasibility, and analyses the effects of change.
• Works closely with the wider team from story creation through to implementation.

Experience and skills required:

• Strong and demonstrable experience of ITSM / ESM process requirements capture and design through to implementation.
• Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the ITAM process.
• Strong and demonstrable ServiceNow experience.
• Strong capability and experience of running workshops with stakeholders.
