Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking several ServiceNow Business Analysts to join our client’s team in Glasgow, on a six-month initial contract with 1-2 days onsite per week, Inside IR35.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, translating them into functional specs and user stories, and supporting ServiceNow implementations with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM or CSM modules.

Qualifications

• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Ability to work closely with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
