Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect to lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations. You will drive architectural design, integration with enterprise systems, and client engagements, ensuring scalable, secure deployments and successful project delivery.

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and shape ServiceNow implementations for clients, aligning solutions with business needs and enterprise architecture. You work within IBM Consulting to deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow architectures and drive successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, balancing technical design with customer outcomes. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position with a focus on large-scale transformations and ongoing learning within a growth-oriented culture.
