Job summary

Capgemini Invent, part of Capgemini Group, is seeking a ServiceNow AI & Enterprise Automation Lead – Managing Consultant in Manchester. You will define and deliver AI-first transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform, partnering with clients to design, implement, and scale AI-enabled workflows using Now Assist, AI Control Tower, and Employee Works. You will lead client delivery and craft innovative AI-led solutions in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Background in AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI strategies and operating models.
