Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the EMEA Service Manager, the successful candidate will work in the UK service lab in High Wycombe. The primary responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and calibrating handheld or benchtop TSI measuring and monitoring instruments, with opportunities to work with other instrumentation from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess customer instruments upon arrival into the service lab.
• Maintain records of all operations in SAP and other systems.
• Perform service, repairs, and calibrations following TSI in-house procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Complete other assignments and special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Basic education in Mathematics, English, and Science. College certificate in electronics servicing or similar preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in the instrument service sector.
• Core Competencies: Good computer literacy, accuracy, strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, GCSE or equivalent in language, math, reading, writing, and reasoning skills. Fluent English (spoken and written).
