The Role

Deliver and maintain products effectively, including delivery, installation, repair, and proactive maintenance, supporting customers in clinical environments.

• Deliver ready-to-use products
• Collect used products for decontamination
• Disinfect, test, repair, and ensure electrical safety of products (training provided)
• Maintain records of all activities
• Manage stock and spare parts
• Perform product modifications as needed
• Provide product demonstrations and training
• Keep work environment tidy

Work hours: 37.5 hours/week, Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30 am - 5 pm. Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota with additional pay.

About You

Ideal candidates will have or be willing to develop:

• Mechanical or electrical background (training provided)
• Experience in healthcare (desirable)
• Valid UK driving licence
• Knowledge of medical devices (desirable)
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Basic hygiene and safety knowledge
• Basic PC skills (email, MS Office)
• Willingness to complete a DBS check
