We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our established team at Snows Volvo in Southampton.

Your Day

As a Service Technician, you will perform a variety of workshop tasks efficiently and safely, aiming to meet customer requirements and maximize workshop utilization and productivity. Your responsibilities include:

• Carrying out vehicle services and repairs according to brand standards.
• Following dealership processes and procedures.
• Communicating with customers when appropriate.
• Supporting less experienced colleagues.
• Participating in regular training to update technical skills.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation.
• Experience in a franchise dealership.
• Strong fault diagnosis skills and MOT Tester qualification.
• Teamwork ability.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:15 - 17:15 (including 45-minute lunch break).
