This hands-on role requires teamwork, attention to detail and a willingness to travel when required. A valid UK driving license is essential and a proactive attitude to learn will help you succeed at Survitec.

Vacancy Title: Service Technician

Vacancy Location: Aberdeen, Badentoy, Scotland

Engagement Type: Permanent; Full-Time

The Role

Survitec is currently recruiting for a Service Technician to join our team in Badentoy.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will inspect, test, service and maintain a range of marine safety and lifesaving equipment, including inflatable liferafts, lifejackets and rescue boats.

You do not need to know everything about our products from day one – we will provide the specialist training you need to develop your technical skills and become confident working with Survitec’s lifesaving equipment.

About You

Essential criteria

• Experience in mechanical, maintenance or electrical roles
• Valid, full UK driver’s license
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Appetite to deliver work schedule
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Willing to travel as and when required
