Job summary

JCT600 Ltd in Hull is recruiting a Service Technician to service, maintain and repair Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles such as the Caddy, Transporter, Crafter and Amarok. You will perform inspections and fault diagnostics, document findings on job cards, and liaise with service advisors to keep customers informed.

The role supports a 40-hour week over four days with a range of colleague benefits and development opportunities at JCT600.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician.
• Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK driving licence.

Working hours: A flexible working option of 40 hours per week over 4 days is available.

As a Service Technician at VW Commercial Vehicles, you’ll play a vital role in keeping businesses moving. You'll service, maintain and repair a wide range of Volkswagen commercial vehicles, including the Caddy, Transporter, Crafter, Amarok and more, ensuring they remain safe, reliable and ready for the road.

As Service Technician, Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Carrying out detailed inspections and fault diagnostics
• Recording findings and recommended repairs clearly on job cards
• Communicating effectively with service advisors to keep customers updated

What We’re Looking For In a Service Technician

We’re looking for someone who is passionate and committed to delivering exceptional standards.

You’ll Ideally Have

• Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Proven experience as a Service Technician
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive and team focused attitude
