SERVICE TECHNICIAN - YEOMANS SEAT & CUPRA EXETER

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Technician & MOT Tester to join our growing team at Yeomans SEAT & CUPRA Exeter

Requirements Of The Role Are

• To work within a team environment, support the business as a whole and drive the aftersales performance.
• To understand the importance of customer satisfaction which is hugely important both to the dealership and the wider Yeomans Group.
• Maintain professional working standards so that we provide a high level of first time fix to our customers.
• To have an attitude of continual training and be motivated to improve your skill set.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow a structured process as well as those required by the manufacturer where warranty work is concerned.
