Job summary

Brose Coventry is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our family-owned company on a path to global growth. You will operate and diagnose issues on the production line, perform TPM and quality checks, and support improvements while adhering to safety rules.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to learn and develop on the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line and diagnose issues.
• Carry out TPM and quality checks for minor electromechanical repairs.
• Resolve production equipment issues with various support functions.
• Support improvement activities.
• Train and support operators in safe machine operation and process adherence.
• Operate in accordance with Brose Policies and Procedures.
• Be the technical point of contact on shift for equipment, process and quality issues.
• Support the Team Leader in adherence to process.
• An ability to work under pressure in a production environment.

• Operate in accordance with Brose Policies and Procedures.

Your Profile
