Initial Washroom Hygiene Service Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Service Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Mitcham branch. If you are passionate about developing staff and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Service Team Leader Role

As a Service Team Leader, you will support the branches' operations and organise the Service Driving team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and organising routes for our drivers
  • Organising the fleet of vehicles we have
  • Managing a certain number of drivers within the branch
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries
  • Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service
  • Providing support and development for colleagues in the branch
  • Keeping relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information
  • On occasions, you may need to cover driving routes

Requirements:

Service Team Leader Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
  • Experience in managing within a service delivery environment would be advantageous but this is something we can offer training on
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
  • Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Pride in the job you do
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
