Rentokil Initial Careers in Fareham is hiring a Warehouse Operative to support the Service Manager and ensure smooth warehouse operations. There is thorough training, no prior experience required, and a clear path to growth within a large global group.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Organised, self-motivated and reliable.
• Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer stocks for route delivery.
• Assisting our drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Working closely with drivers and management to ensure customer stocks are prepared for delivery.
• Completing daily tasks such as packing, sorting and segregation of mats, rolls, sanitary bins, nappy bins and other customer stocks.
• Organising work area to ensure that the service centre is efficient and effective.

The Warehouse Operative Role

In this role, you will support the Service Manager to ensure the service in our Warehouse runs smoothly. Based in the Fareham branch, you will be working with your colleagues to create an efficient and safe environment throughout the facility. Key responsibilities include:
