As a Service Support Desk Operator and Receptionist, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy defence training environment. Acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, customers and stakeholders, you'll combine service desk support with front-of-house responsibilities to ensure requests, enquiries and site access arrangements are handled efficiently and professionally.
Day-to-day, you'll have an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service, administration and stakeholder management skills within a business that supports critical defence capability. You'll work within a collaborative team, gain exposure to a wide range of operational activities, and contribute directly to creating a safe, professional and welcoming environment.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at (RSME) in Chatham, Kent.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
