Job summary

Astute is recruiting for a Service Sales Manager in Perth to build and sustain relationships with an established customer base and drive growth in maintenance and engineering services within the wind sector.

You will report to the Senior Commercial Manager, develop commercial proposals, and liaise with operations to meet customer requirements while supporting renewals and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, account management or business development role within the wind industry.
• Knowledge of wind turbine maintenance or engineering services.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to the Perth office.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by promoting additional maintenance and engineering services.
• Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking and direct customer engagement.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and supporting documentation for prospective and existing clients.
• Liaise with operational and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Support contract discussions, renewals and commercial negotiations where required.
• Attend customer meetings, industry exhibitions and networking events to strengthen the company's market presence.
• Produce regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates and commercial forecasts for senior management.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's service portfolio and industry developments to provide informed advice to customers.
