Service Sales Consultant

The Role: BMS are recruiting for a new Service Sales Consultant for a market leading organisation in the lift & escalator industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for upselling service and maintenance contracts across the Central London region, as well as finding brand new business to add to the portfolio. Selling directly to end users, this role is predominantly new business development in nature (80% of the time), targeting any business with an existing lift or escalator such as: retailers, commercial buildings, education, healthcare etc. Contacting facilities or building management companies, you will deal with property managers, facilities managers, heads of maintenance, estates agents, procurement and business owners. This role is split between 20% contract management with 80% from new business. To be considered for this role you must have strong commercial awareness, ideally you have sold a product or service or contractual type solution, but this must have been business to business and in a new client acquisition manner. The Service Sales Consultant will be enrolled into a completely uncapped commission scheme, paid monthly, which rewards both new contract acquisition as well as renewing existing clients.

·Must have B2B field sales experience

·Account management & new business background, strong relationship builder

·Deal with decision makers at all levels

·A track record of results visibly clear on CV

·Live within the Greater London area

·Driving License

Package: Up to£50,000 basic DOE plus £10k-15k uncapped OTE year 1 (paid monthly), 25 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, company car scheme
