Job summary

British Gas is recruiting Service & Repair engineers to join our team of gas engineers, delivering same-day fixes and upholding our Service Promise. Base salary is £47,303 with uncapped OTE; £54,400 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme. Represent British Gas in customers' homes, with support from managers and mentors.

Experience with boilers and heating systems is essential. ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1 are required, along with 3 years' fault finding

Qualifications

• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1).
• 3 years' fault finding and diagnosis experience.
• Electrical knowledge for boilers and heating systems, including S-plan and Y-plan.

Responsibilities

• Represent British Gas in customers' homes with support from managers and colleagues.
• Provide fault finding and diagnosis on boilers and heating systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience on every visit.

Here's what we're looking for:

• A natural dedicated focus on providing outstanding customer experience on every visit


• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)


• 3 year's qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis


• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
