Job summary

British Gas is recruiting Service & Repair Engineers in Gloucestershire to join our team of gas engineers. You will represent British Gas in customers' homes, delivering on our Service Promise with a focus on same-day fixes and outstanding customer experience.

Base salary £47,303 with uncapped OTE; £54,400 realistic with our field reward scheme. A £10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join our ambitious goal of NetZero by 2050.

Qualifications

• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) are required.
• Minimum 3 years of fault finding and diagnosis experience.
• Electrical knowledge including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and boiler systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent British Gas in customers' homes with professional conduct.
• Diagnose and repair boilers and heating systems to meet service commitments.

About your role: Base Salary is £47,303 with uncapped OTE - £54,400 is a realistic expectation through our fantastic field reward scheme. Represent British Gas in customers' homes, with support from managers, mentors, and colleagues. Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.
