Job summary

A2Dominion Group is seeking a Service Recovery Assistant to support our Decants Team. You will manage customer enquiries, assist with case triage and maintain accurate records to ensure high-quality service across residents.

The role requires strong communication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. DBS check is required and a GCSE in Maths/English is essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (A*–C) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering a customer-focused administrative service.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse information and draw logical conclusions.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and support case triage.
• Maintain accurate records and progress cases.
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Support workload management, reporting and service improvements.
