Job summary

Summer Browning Associates is supporting a Central Government client in Glasgow to recruit a Service Owner on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on developing and iterating an agile business case, owning delivery across the lifecycle, and working with stakeholders to realise benefits.

You will navigate complex service delivery, manage relationships with suppliers, and drive continual improvement while adhering to security and ITIL practices as required.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple lifecycle stages and ability to decide when to progress or stop.
• Ability to develop an agile business case and iteratively improve it with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and service level management.
