Job summary

Leeds Building Society is seeking a Service Operations Lead for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to guide a team of six analysts who monitor and maintain service health using Dynatrace. You will drive incident management with clear leadership and communication to resolution, coaching talent and collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Strong, visible people leader who role models, cares, connects and coaches to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives.
• Previous experience in a similar role, leading alerts and monitoring for several services, using Dynatrace.
• Experience in deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting large scale distributed and cloud solutions.
• ITIL Service Management Framework within complex IT environments.
• Self starter, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

• Drive incident management providing leadership and communication to resolution.
