Job summary

Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Service Manager – Children with Disabilities for a 3-month initial contract with an immediate start. The role requires on-site leadership 3-4 days per week and a hybrid working arrangement.

The candidate will drive improvement, manage performance and support budget decisions to deliver outcomes for children and families. We value significant sector experience, change leadership, and the ability to influence across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant management experience within Children’s Services and Children with Disabilities Services.
• Proven track record of leading service improvement and change programmes.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across the Children with Disabilities Service.
• Drive improvement and transformation programmes with measurable outcomes.
• Provide visible leadership, support and challenge to managers and practitioners.
• Monitor performance, identify development needs and implement solutions.
• Support budget management and contribute to strategic priorities.
