Job summary

Baltimore Consulting is seeking a Senior Children’s Services Reporting Specialist for a 3-6 month contract in the United Kingdom. Immediate start with hybrid working (ideally 2 days onsite) and day rate to be confirmed.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality management information, financial intelligence, and performance reporting across Children’s Services. You will lead the development of complex Power BI dashboards, perform SQL data work, and produce reporting from Liquidlogic LCS and

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Liquidlogic LCS and/or ContrOCC reporting environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, dashboard redesign, and performance reporting.
• Proven expertise in SQL querying, data modelling, and reporting development.
• Experience delivering Children’s Services reporting across CIN, CP, CIC, Care Leavers, Family Help, and Early Help.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reporting suites.
• Deliver SQL development, data extraction, modelling, and reporting solutions.
• Produce statutory, operational, strategic, and management reporting from LCS and ContrOCC.
• Develop performance frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, and MI to support service improvement.
• Integrate operational and financial data to inform placements, expenditure, forecasting, and trends.
