Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Service Manager Transactions to oversee acquisitions, disposals and development within the Council’s property portfolio. You will work with internal services and external partners to ensure transactions are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with strategic objectives.
The role requires proven leadership, strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills to drive income generation and value-for-money across complex projects.
