Qualifications

Service Manager (Supported Living)

Join Our Team as a Registered Service Manager – Make a Real Difference in the Lives of Adults with Learning Disabilities!

About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Be familiar with CQC regulations and have knowledge of Health and Safety, as well as Safeguarding guidelines
  • Hold (or be willing to achieve within 18 months) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or an equivalent qualification
  • Have strong IT skills, including experience in maintaining records
  • Have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives

A full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle, is essential for the role.

  • Assist the Regional Service Manager with delegated responsibilities for day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring high standards of care and support.
  • Foster a culture of dignity, wellbeing, and independence for those supported.
  • Provide 24/7 support flexibility, including participation in the on-call rota.
