Kisharon Langdon is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team delivering person-centred services to members, families and the local community. The role includes supervising support workers, creating care and support plans, and coordinating rota planning while managing annual leave, appraisals and employee relations issues.

The post holder will work in partnership with the Registered Manager to meet strategic objectives within the operations division and contribute to the organisation's Disability
