We are seeking a passionate and self‑motivated Service Manager to lead specialist mental health care packages, supporting a diverse group of individuals with mental health needs. St Matthews Court is a development of 10 high‑quality, self‑contained apartments in Barnsley that provides accommodation and 24 hour support for people with complex mental health needs. Person‑centred recovery support is provided by our core on‑site team of Recovery Workers, with additional support from our peripatetic Quality and Practice Team.
The main aim of this role is to provide effective, outcome‑based, community recovery for people with complex mental health needs, regularly monitoring, evaluating and developing the service, ensuring that the feedback and involvement of service users, their families, partner agencies and staff are fully incorporated.
