Job summary

Antac Support Services Limited is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee operational delivery in Bristol. You will manage a team of 10 engineers, ensuring efficient performance of maintenance tasks and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in a hard FM environment and prior experience in managing teams and budgets. The role offers a salary up to £45,000 per annum, uniform, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in a hard FM environment.
• Experience managing a team of engineers.
• Proven experience working to budgets.
• Ability to pass security vetting.
• Previous mechanical and electrical experience.
• IOSH certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operational team in day-to-day activities.
• Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed on time.
• Produce accurate monthly reports to demonstrate contract compliance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Support the Area Manager with staff training and performance management.
• Collate staff timesheets for monthly payroll processing.
• Manage minor staff issues and disciplinary matters.

Skills
