Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead two supported living services and a small outreach operation in Brighton. Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards).
  • Strong experience in operational and people management within health or social care.
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism or other complex needs.
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally when required.

Service Manager – Brighton

Are you an experienced care leader who is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives?

We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead and develop our services in Brighton, creating a positive, supportive and high-performing culture where both the people we support and our teams can thrive.

Working closely with an experienced Area Manager and Regional Director, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support across two independent supported living services and a small outreach service for working-age adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

In This Role, You Will

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced people leader who can combine strong operational management with a genuine passion for high-quality care with the following skills/experience:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 5 is desirable, or you may be working towards this.
  • Strong experience in operational and people management, ideally within health or social care.
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism or other complex needs.
  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally when required.
  • A genuine passion for quality care, with the confidence and integrity to lead by example.
