Job summary

Vertu Skoda Leicester is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join one of the UK’s largest motor retailers. The role offers a £45,000 basic salary with an OTE of £60,000 and comprehensive company benefits.

You will lead a team, implement processes to exceed customer satisfaction and manage costs while upholding manufacturer standards. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar service-management role.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve high customer satisfaction, above the manufacturer average.
• Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality and service.
• Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
• Adhere to manufacturer standards at all times and ensure safe working environment.
• Lead and monitor colleague performance to deliver objectives.
• Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction while motivating the team.
