Job summary

Enable Scotland is seeking a dynamic Service Manager for the Cherrywood service in Elderslie. You will lead the team, develop the service, and ensure high‑quality, person‑centred support for 9 adults with learning disabilities across two linked bungalows.

Applicants should have SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3, and ideally Level 4 with SSSC registration. Driving licence required; 35 hours per week, salary around £36,050 per annum.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and managing Supported Living Services.
• Experience managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
• Commitment to the inclusion of people with a learning disability.
• An understanding of the Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
• SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 is essential

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service alongside Team Facilitators.
• Support frontline staff to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Maintain strong relationships with families and social care professionals.
