About the service

Based within Cyrenians' Community Learning Hub in Falkirk, the services under this role span three key areas: young people's services, community links and homelessness prevention, and specialist mental health support.

Together, these services support people across Forth Valley to overcome barriers, reduce social isolation, improve wellbeing and build stronger connections within their communities. Working closely with partners across health, education and the third sector, the teams help people access opportunities, navigate challenges and move towards positive outcomes.

About the role

As Service Manager, you will lead a team of outreach practitioners, working closely with partners across health, social care, justice, employability and community services, you will ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with Cyrenians' values.

You will support staff to deliver high quality practice, oversee service performance and contribute to the development and sustainability of our work through partnership building, monitoring impact and identifying opportunities for growth.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines people management, partnership working and service leadership, helping to shape and develop services across Forth Valley.

About you

You will be a collaborative and supportive leader who understands the value of partnership working and building strong relationships to achieve the best outcomes. With experience of leading teams, you will be committed to creating a positive culture where staff feel empowered and supported in their roles.

You will take a person-centred approach, both in supporting your team and in ensuring the people we work alongside receive high-quality support tailored to their individual needs. You will also be confident in demonstrating the impact of your work through reports, presentations, meetings and funding applications.
