DBT H Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals is seeking a Service Manager for Clinical Therapies to lead the clinical therapy services and drive performance, patient experience and staff wellbeing across the division. The role focuses on operational delivery, strategic improvement, and meeting RTT/DMO1 targets within an NHS context.

• Proven leadership in an NHS or similar acute healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Operationally manage the Clinical Therapy services with clear leadership.
• Collaborate with the Business Manager, Team Leaders, Clinicians and staff to meet performance goals.
• Deliver high standards of patient-centred care and continuous service improvement.
• Lead initiatives to address RTT/DMO1 targets and NHS reforms.
• Support the directorate senior management through objective delivery.
