The Service Manager at Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group will provide operational leadership to the Patient Services Hub departments, ensuring day-to-day running and achievement of performance, quality and financial objectives.

The Service Manager will be managerially accountable to the Deputy General Manager.
The Service Manager will provide operational leadership to the Patient Service Hub patient-facing departments, ensuring the day-to-day running of all departments and achievement of performance, quality, and financial objectives.
The Service Manager will lead on operational recovery, performance management, and continuous improvement, supporting the Deputy General Manager in delivering the Patient Service Hub’s strategic and operational objectives.
The Service Manager will analyse performance data and activity, implement improvement actions, and elevate risks and issues to the Deputy General Manager as appropriate.
In undertaking the duties for this post, the post holder must comply with the Department of Health’s code of conduct for NHS Managers (October 2002).
The post holder will ensure compliant application of the Elective Access Policy (EAP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and information governance (IG) in all operational processes.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
