Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd in Keighley is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our 10-bedded residential service, guiding daily operations with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will inspire a large team, uphold high standards of quality and compliance, manage audits and budgets, and build strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current or previous CQC Registered Manager.
• Experience within learning disabilities and autism services.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and complex services.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Passionate about quality, compliance and team development.
• Visible, approachable leader with energy and positivity.

We’re excited to be recruiting a Registered Service Manager to lead our well-established 10-bedded residential service in Keighley, West Yorkshire. About the Role

As Registered Service Manager, you will:
