Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Service Manager (Hub) in Greater Manchester for a temporary post until December 2026. The role covers day-to-day hub operations, leading staff and volunteers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will develop strategies to improve efficiency and client outcomes, conduct assessments, collaborate with external agencies, and maintain compliant records with safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing services within social care, housing support, or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and relevant legislation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environments with changing priorities.
• Enhanced DBS via update service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

£20.70 per hour plus holiday pay

Morgan Hunt is working with a charity who offers both residential and day support services to individuals experiencing homelessness or facing housing challenges. They provide a safe and supportive environment where people can build their skills, foster independence and create positive change in their lives. This is a temporary role until December, working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday and is to start as soon as possible.
