Job summary

Enable Scotland in Moray is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead a team of Team Facilitators and PAs delivering bespoke, person-centred care based on the ENABLE PA model.

You will drive service quality, develop partnerships with families and social care professionals, and lead local strategy to extend or enhance the support available, while ensuring compliance with Self Directed Support principles.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of leading and managing Supported Living Services.
• Experience of managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
• A commitment to the inclusion of people with a learning disability.
• An in-depth understanding of the Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
• SVQ level 4 or the ability to work towards the relevant qualification required for your SSSC registration
• SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 is essential
• A clear understanding of the need to build and sustain partnerships with stakeholders, commissioners and other third sector providers.
• The ability to lead our business strategy at a local level whilst promoting ENABLE Scotland with an emphasis on growing our business
• Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.

Service ManagerLocation : Moray, IV30Salary : £36,050 per annumContract : Full time, PermanentHours : 35 hours per week*Driving License RequiredOur Moray services are based in Elgin and the surrounding area (Forres, Keith, Buckie).You will lead a team of Team Facilitators and PAs to provide bespoke, human rights based, person centred care in line with the Enable PA model.The support needs of the people who use the service are diverse and support ranges from a few hours a week on key days to full 24 hour support. A successful Service Manager will lead their teams to develop and maintain good relationships and communications with the family and Social Care professionals involved in the lives of the people we support.
