Radis Community Care is looking for an experienced Supported Living Service Manager to work in our Community Supported Living services covering 9 bungalows/houses in the Coventry, Warwick, and Stratford areas.

About the role

As a Service Manager, you will promote a caring environment for customers through high standards of professional practice, ensuring each customer receives care appropriate to their needs. You will ensure compliance with all company, local, and national standards while overseeing quality assurance activities, ensuring they are carried out, monitored, recorded, and reported.

The role involves supporting the area manager in assessing individuals referred for housing, care, and support services, developing personalized support plans in conjunction with relevant professional agencies and the tenants' families or representatives. You will also assist in preparing rosters to ensure sufficient staff coverage and efficient deployment to meet tenants' needs.

You will participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover for care and housing-related support duties when required.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role

You should have substantial experience providing care and support services for vulnerable adults, with previous supervisory or management experience. An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required, with a goal to work towards Level 5. Good commercial acumen, commitment to high standards, and good IT skills are essential.
