Job Responsibilities:
The Service Manager oversees the daily operation of the support service, focusing on promoting independence and enabling individuals in an innovative, person-centred, and flexible manner.
You will provide motivational leadership to your team, ensuring quality, person-centred support. Building positive relationships with stakeholders and embodying our vision and values to deliver excellent service are key aspects of this role.
